Refund policy

Online purchases made through 32degrees.com are valid for a refund or exchange within 45 days of the ship date. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached. It can take up to 3-5 business days from when we receive the item(s) to process your return. You will be notified through email when the refund has been processed. Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchanges. We offer pre-paid shipping labels through our return portal. A $5.00 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Exchanges can only be made once. Please note, shipping costs, and additional promo codes will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 45-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we ask that you cover the delivery cost.
