Bulk Order Need to Know


Interested in buying 32 Degrees in bulk? Sign up for a wholesale account with us for access to bulk order prices and terms.

  • We offer 75% percent off the original selling price. Bulk discount is not applicable to promotional or markdown pricing.
  • There is a $500 order minimum; calculated after bulk discount is applied. Order minimum does not include taxes and shipping cost.
  • All bulk orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • At this time, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states
  • All bulk orders are eligible for free standard shipping

Ordering

What is your order minimum?

There is a $500 order minimum; calculated after bulk discount is applied. Order minimum does not include taxes and shipping cost.

Do you offer any customization or printing on bulk items?

We do not offer any customizations or printing on bulk items.

Can I pre-order next season online?

At this time, only the items that are listed on the wholesale website are eligible for wholesale purchasing.

Can I apply a promo code to a wholesale order?

Promo codes, gift cards and 32Club points are not valid for any bulk purchase.

Can I cancel or make adjustments to my bulk order?

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed.  Changes include but are not limited to address updates, product sizing, product color choice, and product purchased quantity.

What happens if an item in my order is unavailable?

If an item in your order is unavailable you will be notified via email.  You will be refunded for the full amount of the item.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.

How do I know if my order was received?

Once we have received your order we will send you a detailed confirmation email.

 

Shipping

Do you offer Free Shipping?

All bulk orders are eligible for free standard shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Due to additional necessary processing time, please allow additional 2-3 business days on top of the standard processing time frame to fulfill your order.

For an estimate of shipping times, please reference the times below:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days 

Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days 

Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days 

All overnight orders need to be placed by 1pm EST to go out same day, otherwise leaves warehouse next business day.

Please keep in mind we only deliver on business days, not weekends or federal holidays.

Are shipping times guaranteed?

We will do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.  Unfortunately, 32 Degrees cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.

What do you charge for overnight shipping?

Rates are calculated based on weight.  Please see rates at checkout with all the items added to your cart.

How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Do you offer tracking for my order?

Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes tracking.  Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.

Can I ship to an international address?

At this time, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We typically use USPS for standard delivery and UPS for overnight delivery.

My order was lost or says delivered but I never received it?

If packages are lost in transit, you will need to work directly with the shipping provider to find your package. The receiver will need to file a claim with the correct shipping carrier for any lost items.

Where will my order ship from?

All our products ship from our Warehouse in Cranbury, NJ

Can I use my own shipper account?

If you are interested in using your own shipping carrier, please reach out to our customer service team to make the necessary arrangements.  

Payments

How can I pay for my order?

We gladly accept payments by Amazon Pay and PayPal and all major credit/debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. At this time we do not accept Bill Me Later, C.O.D, PayPal or checks.

Can I use multiple credit cards to complete my purchase?

There is only one form of payment available.

 

Returns & Warranty

Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted on bulk orders, unless in the case of damaged or defective items.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us right away with your order number, photo, and item description. We will either replace or refund you for the item.

What is the warranty for products purchased at 32Degrees.com?

If your product is flawed due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it without a charge for up to one year from the original time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.  If we do not have the item in stock, then we will provide you with an online credit or a refund.

What is normal wear and tear?

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and unavoidably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your 32 Degrees product, it will eventually begin to wear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the warranty includes: fading of colors, pilling, change of shape, and general breakdown of fabrics and materials over time.

Who pays warranty shipping charges?

Customers are responsible for shipping products to 32 Degrees. 32 Degrees will cover the return shipping costs back to you. Please ensure you ship your product to us using a carrier that provides you tracking information and proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for it at the destination address.

 

 

Return Policy

If for any reason you do not love your items you may return them within 45 days from the ship date. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached.
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
We provide a pre-paid shipping labels through our return portal. Please note that $5 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Please note: shipping costs, additional promo codes and 32 club points will not be refunded.
