Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have an account with us, please Login at the top right corner of the website, click on “Order History” and click on the order you’re looking to get tracking for and tracking details will be provided. 

Please allow 24 hours for the courier to update tracking information.

How do I track my order?

It takes up to 72 business hours for us to process and ship out your order. Depending on the shipping method chosen is what will determine how long it takes to receive your package. Please see shipping options below: 
Free Standard Shipping - Delivery up to 12 business days from the date of fulfillment.
Expedited Shipping - Delivery up to 5 business days from the date of fulfillment. 
Please note that these delivery times are estimates, not guarantees and can change depending on a number of factors. Should you have any shipping issues or inquiries please email us at info@32degrees.com or contact us via chat. 

Orders placed after 1PM EST, Mon-Fri, will ship the following business day. 
Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, or weekends, will not ship until the following Monday or business day during holidays.

How long does shipping take? 

All returns are done through the return portal on our website, which can be found at the footer under RETURNS or by clicking the following link:32 Degrees Returns. You may select all of the item(s) you would like to return, after selecting all the items you would like to return you will see a blue button at the bottom of the page that states,"RETURN ITEMS" once clicked, it will ask you to confirm your return and then it will generate the return label for you.

To be eligible for a return, all items must have their originals tags intact, be within 45 days of shipment, and not listed as final sale.   Additionally, there will be a $5 deduction from the refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping. Please note, original shipping costs and additional promo codes will not be refunded.Exchanges are not subject to the $5 return fee.

Follow these steps to receive your free sign-up gift:
1. Add your items to your cart to receive your free gift
2. Add free gift to cart
3. At checkout, scroll down to "GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE" & enter the code: FREETOTE
4. Click apply
 
*Free gift pricing will automatically be waived once a paid item is added to the cart 
*One gift per order and customer - This is not an insulated bag and will not keep food hot or cold

How do I redeem the free sign-up gift?

To ensure you choose the proper size for each style, we have provided a size guide link on every product page. Each product page also includes a detailed description on fit & additional measurements.

How do I figure out my size?

ETA or "Estimated Time of Arrival" is an approximate delivery date provided by UPS to inform you when your package is expected to be delivered. The delivery date is auto-updated by UPS' internal systems and is subject to change based on various factors outside our control.

We understand that recently UPS tracking numbers have not been updating accurately and we are actively working with UPS to resolve this as soon as possible.
